Communications

There appear to be many new developments/projects that will affect residents. I believe we need a better communication system to let people know what the Board is proposing and to solicit feedback from residents.

Many organizations communicate to their members via mass e-mail. I propose that we create a listserve or similar e-mail listing which would include all residents who want to participate. Announcements, brief project proposals and other important communications could then be quickly and easily sent to everyone with a link for anyone who wanted to reply or comment.

Weylin tells me he already has e-mail addresses for most residents in his files. Requests could be sent to the others inviting them to provide theirs. Ginger could likely create the bulk list in a few hours.

I believe that implementation of this system would further the Board's objective of promoting better communication. Please let me know what you think.
