Attention Residents:
We have installed new emergency phones in the elevators. The new phones will automatically dial Thyssen Krupp Elevator Company and alert them that there is a trapped passenger. The system will let ThyssenKrupp know where you are (Nauru Tower) and what elevator you are in.
If you are trapped in the elevator, you simply push the button to be connected to ThyssenKrupp and they will call our Security office directly. The system is automated so there is no language barrier. If you have any questions, please call or come down to see us.
