The disposal of your Christmas Trees must be first wrapped in plastic and carried down to the Loading Dock, through the Freight Elevator only!

Monday - Saturday
( 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
No Sundays or Holidays

Please place all wrapped trees by the green disposal container in the Loading Dock.

Reporting Window Leaks to Security Due to Weather

Please notify Security directly at 808-592-1203, if you had any window leaks, due to weather. We have prepared a window discrepancy log, and will need you to report and clarify, as to where, and in what locations, so we can appropriately compile a completed list.

Honolulu Marathon Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008 at 5 A.M.

Attention Residents

A cannon will announce the start of the race at 5:00 a.m. and they have scheduled a two minute fireworks show off of Ala Moana Park, at the start of the race.

The race will start on Ala Moana Blvd., near the intersection of Queen Street & Ala Moana. On Sunday morning, Dec. 14, 2008, at about 12:45 a.m., Ala Moana Blvd., fronting Nauru Tower, or more specifically, all 6 lanes of Ala Moana Blvd., between Atkinson Drive and Ward Avenue, will be closed to vehicular traffic. All vehicular traffic westbound on Ala Moana Blvd. will be detoured up Atkinson Blvd., beginning at about 12:30 a.m. Between 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Nauru Tower residents can only access and depart from their homes via Pensacola- Waimanu- &
Piikoi Streets, and entering and exiting our building through the 2A Gate.

Normal traffic should be expected to resume on Kapiolani Blvd, Piikoi Street, Waimanu Street, and Ala Moana Blvd. by 7:30 a.m.

You may bring home your Xmas trees via the Loading Dock, wrapped in plastic, Monday - Sunday with extended hours ONLY for the transport of your Xmas trees and with advanced notice to Security at 592-1203.

Then please use the freight elevator to bring them to your units.
