As you all know, our building is run by caring and diligent staff throughout the year. Our staff is an important aspect of the Nauru Tower experience. The building would not function effectively without their hard work. Please remember them and extend to them the joys of the Holiday Season by being generous and contributing to our Annual "Nauru Tower Employee Appreciation Fund." Your contribution to this fund is greatly appreciated and can be made as follows:
1. Make your checks, money orders, or cashiers checks payable to the
"Nauru Tower Employee Appreciation Fund."
2. Put your check in a sealed envelope and address it to:

Tai Chi Class for Residents
Attention Residents
A class in Tai Chi is being offered to all residents. If you are a beginner and just want to learn and see what it is all about, or even if you are intermediate to advanced, we welcome your attendance.
Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Where: Level 5B - Conference Room
(Your Retirement Co. & 30-Minute Fitness)
Tai Chi:
An ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements that is practiced as a system of gentle deliberate exercises.
Some of the benefits of Tai Chi:
Improves blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, teaches concentration and visualization techniques.
