On Sunday, April 27, 2008, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, a helicopter lift is scheduled to lift structural steel to the rooftop of Tanaka of Tokyo restaurant. The staging area will be on the Mall Level parking deck, Maikai / Kokohead of Neiamn Marcus parking area. The helicopter will arrive at about 7:00 AM and it is anticipated that the job should be completed by 8:00 AM.
To ensure the safety of all persons concerned, all restricted areas will be designated by the use of barricades, caution tape at each level, and manned by security officers.

Resurfacing Work from Ward Avenue to Piikoi--Starting the Week of April 14, 2008
Attention Residents
Please be informed that Grace Pacific Corporation will be starting up their resurfacing work the week of Monday, April 14, 2008, and will be working on finishing their final leg from Ward Avenue to Piikoi. Their portion of the work will be done Monday - Thursday and the working hours are from 8PM - 5AM. The work should take approximately a month and a half. The final touches will be completed after when the permanent striping and traffic loops are installed.

Complete Water Shut Down -- Monday, April 7, 2008
Attention Residents
There will be a complete water shut down to replace 4 supply and shut off valves on our Boilers # 5 and # 6!
Sorry for the inconvenience, however, this is corrective maintenance. Please adjust your day and times accordingly to prepare.
When: Monday, April 7, 2008
