Feb. 29, 2008 - 9 Assigned VIP Parking Notice

ATTENTION RESIDENTS

There are (9) Assigned VIP parking stalls in the circular driveway. Effective Feb. 29, 2008, these stalls will NOT be opened to anyone other than to the person(s) for which they are assigned.

Any cars found to be parked there that shouldn't be there will be cited accordingly. Security has the pictures of the cars of those who are allowed to park there and will be diligent in maintaining these assigned parking areas!

However, if you are interested and want to check on the availability for any remaining stalls, please speak to Management directly.

Vandalism in the Elevators Notice---Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008!

ATTENTION RESIDENTS

We need your help in identifying the vandal of our Elevators # 1, 3, 5, 6 that occurred on Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, in the morning hours, up until the early afternoon!

If you saw or heard anything of suspicion, please report it to Security without hesitation.

This is YOUR home, OUR home, and whoever is doing this has total disregard for our building and all of us who live and work here.

Let's all keep our eyes peeled and pay closer attention to those around us.

They will start from the Main Lobby and will work their way around from Diamond Head side (08 stack), to Ewa side (01 stack)

9 Parking Stalls Rental Notice ---Effective Feb. 1, 2008!

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 .....

Stalls are available to rent from the Association, located as you pull up to the Circular Driveway. Please stop by the Management Office, for further inquiry.

Each stall will be rented for $150.00, per month, with a one year's lease.
