Tai Chi Class for Residents

Attention Residents

A class in Tai Chi is being offered to all residents. If you are a beginner and just want to learn and see what it is all about, or even if you are intermediate to advanced, we welcome your attendance.

Mondays & Thursdays

Time: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.

Where: Level 5B - Conference Room

Tai Chi:
An ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements that is practiced as a system of gentle deliberate exercises.

Some of the benefits of Tai Chi:
Improves blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, teaches concentration and visualization techniques.
