A class in Tai Chi- Starting Thursday, March 6, 2008

A class in Tai Chi is being offered to all residents. If you are a beginner and just want to learn and see what is is all about, or even if you are intermediate to advanced, we welcome your attendance.

Starting: Thursday, March 6, 2008 + Every Thursday Thereafter
Time: 7AM -8AM
Where: Level 5B-Conference Room (Your Retirement Co. & 30-Minute Fitness)

What is Tai Chi?
It is an ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of gentle deliberate exercises.

Some of the Benefits of Tai Chi:
Improve blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, teaches concentration and visualization techniques.
