Auction of Annual Leases for (9) Parking Stalls

Invitation for Open Bids on Auction of Annual Leases for (9) Parking Stalls from (1) to (5) Years.

Last Day for Receiving Bids: January 31, 2008. Leases Start February 1, 2008.

Remember the access and exit ramp from the Nauru Tower lobby level to Pennsacola Avenue? When the neighboring condo tower was built, the ramp was removed and the open wall closed, creating (9) parking stalls, “in the tunnel,” with a high ceiling.

The Owners Association will rent those (9) parking stalls to the highest bidder(s), either (1) stall, as per offer received, or several, or all (9) to one party, tendering the highest amount therefor. The leasing time can be for (1-5) years. Annual leases start February 1, 2008. Winners of the auction will need to sign an indemnification agreement, and leases can be terminated by either party without cause on 60 days’ notice, with the remaining proportional lease payment being refunded. Cars to be parked in these stalls need to comply with Nauru Tower Driving and Parking Rules. The Association has the right to withdraw its offer to lease one or all spaces.

Please note the layout of the parking stalls and take your pick. They are the most convenient at Nauru Tower, right in front of the main door, ideal for residents who need to have easy access to their car(s) at any time. Never again any parking problems!

Bids, in any form, are to be delivered to the Nauru Tower Management Office, Attn: Resident Manager, with a downpayment of 9%, either in cash or by check made out to “Nauru Tower AOAO,” and will be accepted up to 12 P.M. noon on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008. Winners of the auction will be announced on that same day, Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, and those who did not win will have their deposits refunded. Use of the parking stalls starts February 1, 2008.
